【摘要】:Thisapplicationguideappliestoachigh-voltagecircuitbreakersratedforshuntreactorswitching.Theguidecoversthespecificcasesofswitchingdirectlygroundedshuntreactors,ungroundedshuntreactors,andshuntreactorsgroundedthroughaneutralreactor.Directlygroundedreactorsarecommononsystemshavingavoltageof60kVandabove,whereasungroundedreactorsarecommonlyappliedonsystemshavingavoltagebelow60kV.Schemeswherethereactorisgroundedthroughaneutralreactorareusuallyappliedonlyonsystemshavingavoltageof60kVandabove.Whereasthisapplicationguideisdirectedtowardcircuitbreakers,itisrecognizedandacceptedthatotherswitchingdevicessuchashigh-voltageloadbreakswitchesandcircuitswitchersarecapableofshuntreactorswitchingandthisguidemaybeappliedasappropriate.

【摘要】:BothNO2andNOplayanimportantroleinphotochemical-smog-formingreactions.InsufficientconcentrationsNO2isdeleterioustohealth,agriculture,materials,andvisibility.Incombustionprocesses,significantamountsofNOmaybeproducedbycombinationofatmosphericnitrogenandoxygen;atambienttemperatures,NOcanbeconvertedtoNO2byoxygenandotheratmosphericoxidants.Nitrogendioxidealsomaybegeneratedfromprocessesinvolvingnitricacid,nitrates,theuseofexplosives,andwelding.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemanualdeterminationofthecombinednitrogendioxide(NO2)andnitricoxide(NO)content,totalNOx;intheatmosphereintherangefrom4to10000g/m3(0.002to5ppm(v)).1.2Themaximumsamplingperiodis60minataflowrateof0.4L/min.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninbracketsareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
