【摘要】:Thispracticeisintendedtobeusedasastandardwiringpracticefornormalandutilitycategoryaircraftwhennotcontrarytostandardspublishedbytheaircraftoriginalequipmentmanufacturer(OEM)orregulations.Thispracticeisintendedtobeusedformaintenanceandpreventivemaintenanceofelectricalwiringinterconnectionsystems(EWIS).Thispracticeisnotintendedtosupersedeorreplaceanygovernmentspecificationorspecificmanufacturerx2019;sinstructionsregardingEWISmaintenanceorrepair.1.1Definition8212;Thispracticedefinesacceptablepracticesandprocessesforthemaintenance,preventativemaintenance,andrepairofelectricsystemsingeneralaviationaircraft.Thispracticedoesnotchangeorcreateanyadditionalregulatoryrequirementsnordoesitauthorizechangesinorpermitdeviationsfromexistingregulatoryrequirements.1.2Applicability8212;Theguidanceprovidedinthispracticeisdirectedtoaircarriers,airoperators,maintenanceproviders,repairstations,andanyoneperformingmaintenanceorrepairs.1.3ProtectionsandWarnings8212;Thispracticeprovidesguidancetominimizecontaminationandaccidentaldamagetoelectricalwiringinterconnectionsystems(EWIS)whileworkingonaircraft.1.4x201C;ProtectandCleanAsYouGox201D;Philosophy8212;Thisphilosophyisappliedtoaircraftwiringthroughinclusioninoperatorsx2019;maintenanceandtrainingprograms.Thisphilosophystressestheimportanceofprotectivemeasureswhenworkingonoraroundwirebundlesandconnectors.ItstresseshowimportantitistoprotectEWISduringstructuralrepairs,(STC)installations,orotheralterationsbyensuringthatmetalshavings,debris,andcontaminationresultingfromsuchworkareremoved.1.5Units8212;Thevaluesgivenininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.Note18212;WhenSIunitsarerequired,refertoAnnex5ofICAO.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
