【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesachartwhichliststhemainfivedifferentcategoriesofdefectswhichareconsideredtobepotentiallypresentingreencoffeeasmarketedthroughouttheworld,whateveritsspecies,variety,andafter-harvestprocessing(wetordry).Thischartshowstheinfluenceofsuchdefectsonthelossofmassandonthesensorialconcernbyusingthecoefficients(0),(0,5)and(1).Eachdefectisgivenoneofthesevaluesdependingonhowseriouslyitaffectstheabove-mentionedcharacteristics.Thus,thefinalassessmentcanbecomeausefultoolforthetradingpartiesinvolved,andalsogivesagoodindicationtothepurchaserofthequalityofthegreencoffeeconcerned.Thedefinitionscanbeusedtospecifytermsofbilateralpurchasingcontractsortoclassifycoffeelotsfortheirpresentationtogreencoffeebuyersoratastockexchange.
