【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportentitledInteroperabilityoftelehealthsystemsandnetworks-Part1:Introductionanddefinitionsincludesabriefintroductiontointeroperabilityoftelehealthsystemsandnetworks,alongwithdefinitionsoftelehealthandrelatedterms.Thescopeofthisdocumentdoesnotincludetheconformityandinteroperabilitytestsorfunctionalspecificationsfortelehealthsystemsandnetworks.Amoredetaileddescriptionofissuesconcerningtheinteroperabilityoftelehealthsystemsandnetworkscapableofoperatinginreal-timemode(includingaudio,video,anddataconferencing)isincludedinPart2.Real-TimeSystems.Thatdocumentidentifiesstandardsforreal-timetelehealthsystems,examinesinteroperabilityaspectsoftelehealthapplications,anddefinesinteroperabilityrequirementsfortelehealthsystemsandnetworks.Otherdocumentswilldescribetheissuessurroundinginteroperabilityoftelehealthsystemsthatusestore-and-forwardandmediastreamingtechnologies.AninformativeannexdescribingtheTelehealthTechnicalReferenceArchitecturehasbeenalsobeenincludedtodescribemoreclearlythevariouscomponentsofatelehealthsystemandtheelementsthatneedtobeaddressedinformulatingasetofrequirementsforthesevariouscomponents.
