【摘要】:ThesledtestproceduredescribedinthisInternationalStandardsimulateslow-speedrear-endimpactresultinginavelocitychangeofthestruckvehicleof15km/h.Itsmainpurposeistheevaluationofthewhiplashassociateddisordersduetoseatoccupantinteractionswithseatsystemsduringtheloadingphaseunderstandardconditions.Seat-beltsshallbeusedunlessitisproventhattheydonotaffecttheoccupantresponse.Theoccupantprotectionpotentialofseatsystemsinothercollisionsituations(e.g.highervelocitychange/vehicleaccelerationspossiblyresultinginlargedeformationoftheseatback)isnotcoveredbythisInternationalStandard.
